How to use:
We recommend taking 1 microtablet per day, with plenty of water. The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The beneficial effect to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding is not recommended.
