Return and Refund Policy

Our customers' satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the products according to the conditions listed here.

1. Right of Withdrawal As provided by current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Conditions: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.
Procedure: To start the return process, contact us via email at care@dermadea.com, specifying the order number and the products you intend to return.
Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund: Once the return has been received and the integrity of the product has been verified, we will issue a refund for the amount paid within 15 business days.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us no later than 15 days from receipt.

Procedure: Contact us immediately via email at care@dermadea.com, attaching photographic evidence of the damage or error and indicating the order number.
Shipping Costs: In this case, the costs for the return of the product will be entirely covered by us. We will arrange for collection by courier.
Replacement or Refund: You can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement of the product, depending on availability.

3. Return Exclusions For hygiene and health protection reasons, it is not possible to return cosmetic products that have been opened or used after delivery. Refunds are not granted for subjective allergic reactions; we invite you to immediately stop using the product in case of a reaction and consult a doctor.
