Instructions for use
1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule as it is or open it and dispense its contents in 20 ml (minimum volume) of water or other warm or cold liquid. The product can be taken at any time of the day.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The product contains probiotics, sensitive to heat, it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and preferably at a temperature below 25 °C.
