DERMOVITAMINA SCARS GEL it is a thin and invisible gel that reduces scars and hypertrophic keloids, softens the newly formed tissue, promoting flattening and reducing the sensation of dryness and itching of the scar. Applied to the surface of scars it forms a thin film which acts through a dual mechanism:
• forms a protective film that isolates the scar tissue from the external environment and reduces the risk of a visible hypertrophic scar by counteracting and attenuating the formation of the keloid.
• Regulates the physiological hydration of scar tissue by performing a non-occlusive mechanical barrier action, ensuring the exchange of liquids favoring the normalization of the damaged tissue. This ensures that the right level of hydration is maintained. It is particularly suitable for scars caused by: surgery, accidental wounds, burns, acne, stretch marks.
