Arkorelax Melatonyl is a melatonin -based food supplement that contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep.Melatonyl contributes to alleviating the effects of the jet lag.The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after the arrival at the destination.It is recommended to adults, 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime.Format: pack of 60 tablets
