It is recommended to take 1 - 2 capsules per day, with water, preferably half an hour before meals.The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 10 mg of monacoline K from preparations of fermented red rice.Warnings do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.The supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.For the use of the product it is advisable to hear the doctor's opinion.Do not use during pregnancy, during breastfeeding and in the case of therapy with iPolitipidemiizing drugs.Conservation The minimum storage term refers to the correctly preserved product, in intact packaging.
