Recommended intake:
From 15 years old. Stress period: 2 tablets in the morning. Periods of more intense stress (exams, overload, etc.): 3 tablets per day (2 in the morning and 1 at midday), with a large glass of water. Do not take after 5pm.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. If you are taking antidepressants or other chronic treatment, seek advice from your doctor.
