Ialuset Plus Crema è un cicatrizzante indicato nel trattamento delle ferite infette e delle ustioni, delle affezioni dermatologiche di origine batterica o predisposte allo sviluppo di infezioni secondarie.

Ialuset Plus Crema è composta da acido ialuronico che è il principale componente della sostanza fondamentale del derma ad azione idratante, interviene in tutti gli stadi del processo di cicatrizzazione, accelera la cicatrizzazione e la riepitelizzazione delle lesioni cutanee. Le sue proprietà igroscopiche mantengono un ambiente umido, favorevole al processo di rigenerazione dei tessuti, inoltre l’acido ialuronico utilizzato è ottenuto per biofermentazione, la sulfadiazina argentica è un componente caratterizzato da un’elevata attività antibatterica, principalmente sui batteri Gram.

Modalità d'uso di Ialuset Plus Crema

In primis detergere e pulire l'area di applicazione, quindi dopo aver effettuato le normali procedure di pulizia, applicare la crema direttamente sulla ferita pulita e disinfettata, formando uno strato di circa 2-3 mm oppure spalmare la crema su una garza sterile da applicare poi sulla ferita. Poiché la crema è protetta da una garza sterile è possibile mantenere la medicazione in loco mediante un bendaggio appropriato, prima di ogni nuova applicazione, si raccomanda di pulire la ferita con soluzione fisiologica. L’applicazione deve essere rinnovata ogni 24 ore a partire dalla granulazione fino alla completa cicatrizzazione. La crema può essere rimossa mediante semplice lavaggio con acqua. L’evoluzione del processo di cicatrizzazione della ferita o dell’ustione deve essere valutata dal medico. La durata totale del trattamento non deve superare 1 mese.

Componenti contenuti in Ialuset Plus Crema

Acido ialuronico (sale sodico) (0,2 %), sulfadiazina argentica (1 %), altri componenti: estere decilico dell’acido oleico, alcool cetilstearilico e lauril solfato di sodio e sodio cetearilsofato, macrogol, sorbitolo liquido, glicerolo, acqua.

Controindicazioni per l'uso di Ialuset Plus Crema

Sensibilità nota ai sulfamidici, generale o locale (eczema da contatto).
Allergia a uno dei componenti.
A causa di dati insufficienti, l’utilizzo di ialuset PLUS è sconsigliato nei bambini di età inferiore a due anni.
