How to use:
Pour boiling water into a cup, immerse the filter and leave it to infuse for 5-10 minutes. To avoid the dispersion of the precious volatile elements it is better to cover the cup with a saucer. If necessary, sweeten, preferably with honey. It is recommended to take it in the evening or when you feel the need. It can also be taken cold, as it keeps all its properties unchanged.
