INGREDIENTS: Activated vegetal carbon powder [Carbo vegetabilis (ex ligno)], sucrose; stabilizer: acacia gum; corn starch, clear coating (glazing agent: polyvinyl alcohol; stabilizer: polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agent: talc); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

HOW TO USE: take 2-4 tablets with water at least 30 minutes before the meal and 2-4 tablets immediately after the meal. It should be noted that activated charcoal contributes to the reduction of excessive post-prandial flatulence if you take 1 g of activated charcoal equal to 4 tablets at least 30 minutes before the meal and 1 g equal to 4 tablets immediately after the meal.
