Ingredients
Passiflora plant (Passiflora incarnata L.) dry extract* titrated 4% in vitexin; eschscholzia plant (Eschscholtzia californica cham.) dry extract* titrated 0.35% in protopine; valerian root (valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract* titrated 0.42% in valerenic acids; filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm leaves (melissa officinalis L.) dry extract* titrated 12% in rosmarinic acid; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
*carrier: maltodextrin.
Instructions for use
We recommend taking 2 tablets in the evening before going to bed. Alternatively, you can take just 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed and possibly 1 further tablet when waking up at night. The product can be administered with water or with a herbal tea.
