Methods of use
To sleep: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just first giving to sleep.
To relieve the Jet Lag effect: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg Dimelatonin, before going to sleep, on the first day of travel and for a few days to asen after having arrived at their destination.
