Dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day to swallow with a sip of water.

Edible gelatin capsule, corn starch, bulking agent: cellulose; Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis Bi1 (LMG P-17502), Bifidobacterium brevis Bbr8 (LMG P-17501), Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1 (LMG P-21904), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Lactobacillus plantarum ssp. plantarum LB931 (DMS 11918), Lactobacillus paracasei ssp. paracasei 101/37 (LMG p-17504). Gluten- free and lactose -free.
