Retinol and riboflavin help keep skin and vision in good condition. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), vitamin B6, biotin, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to maintain a normal energy metabolism. Biotin (vitamin B8) supports normal macronutrient metabolism and the nervous system. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to normal intellectual performance. Instructions for use
1 single dose in the morning to be diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). The presence of a slight deposit in the unidose is normal and does not alter the quality of the product. It is possible to repeat use several times a year.
Shake before using. Take the unidose with the narrowest part facing upwards. With your two thumbs press down. Keep an already emptied single dose to help you open the next ones.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
