Hops and valerian, with their relaxing actions, promote sleep and improve its quality. Calming and relaxing, lemon balm is known for its beneficial effects on the quality of sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce fatigue. Arkorelax Sleep combines these five plant extracts with melatonin which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Extract of the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), bulking agent: cellulose; valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.); lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); female hop inflorescence extract (Humulus lupulus L.); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate; melatonin; extract of the aerial part of eschcholzia (Eschcholzia californica Cham.); vitamin B6. Coating: Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, talc; spirulina and apple concentrate. Dye: titanium dioxide.
Instructions for use
1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
Reserved for adults.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended daily doses. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you are taking antidepressants or other chronic treatment, ask your doctor for advice. Do not combine with sleeping pills and other sedatives. After taking the product, it is not recommended to drive or use machinery.
